This text is made for the companies which want to distribute the SHAREWARE version of WindowPictures (for free).
 
Distribution:

You can distribute for free and with no limitation the shareware version of WindowPictures, for example on CD-ROM, on a web site, and on floppy disk.
You do not need to ask an authorization from us.
But we will be happy if you inform us when you insert WindowPictures on your CD-ROM, web site or other. Just send us an email at EnSales@WindowPictures.com . Thank you very much.

To make easier the user's installation:

- In case that you did not compress the WindowPictures files, the user just needs to run SETUP.EXE, even if the files are on a CD-ROM. You put simply all the files in a directory, in order not to mix them.

- In case that you compressed the files, the user must at first uncompress them to a temporary directory, then run SETUP.EXE, and delete the temporary directory. We advice you to automate this procedure by creating a temporary directory THAT WILL BE USED ONLY FOR THIS INSTALLATION, to avoid files mixing.
 

Your obligations :

1. You may not delete, add or modify the elements (the files) forming WindowPictures. You can compress the whole package in another format than ZIP: we will not consider it as a modification. 
   
   
2. It is compulsory to indicate clearly on the package that this WindowPictures version is working only for the period test of 30 days, because it is a shareware. 
   
   
3. You must indicate the principle of shareware : "You can test this software for free during a certain period, then if you want to keep using it, you have to PAY for it to its authors. "
